Well I was correct. It was a hell of a weekend!
We got the u-haul ok, but it was late and we only got about half loaded before it got dark, we tried turning on the inside light in the truck but it was burnt out and we were tired so we locked up and called it a night. The plan was to get up early and finish loading and unload that day, but by the time we got the damn thing loaded we were all so tired we just ordered pizza and called it a day.
Stacey took monday off to help unload . We got it all unloaded into the front room of the new house in just a couple of hours. We got the truck back but were 1 hour late so we had to pay the extra day on it.
Did i ever tell you how much I HATE moving!!!!!!!!!!
Its going to be a busy week for the girls. Jaci had a volleyball game monday, basketball game tuesday (didn't get home until 11pm) volleyball game on thursday and a basketball game on fry!
thursday (today)is also the day grade cards come out! Around here they make the parents come to the school and get the report cards from the teachers. This gives the teachers time to talk to the parents and keeps them involved( or so the plan is)
I will spend from 2pm until 4 pm meeting with teachers. Jaci has to be back at school at 4:30 for the game, she wont get back until 10pm.
And on top of all that (as if that weren't enough) I have a COLD.
I will try to get on and blog sometime this weekend but getting on during the weekend around here is tough. too many kids not enough computers.
